Moo reads and answers every message himself. There is no contact form and no ticket number — just an email address and a person on the other end.
What to email about
- Ordering — online ordering opens soon; join the Club to hear first. A custom box or a large order can already be arranged by email.
- Wedding and birthday boxes — larger and custom orders are arranged by email. Tell me the date, roughly how many people, and any allergies.
- Gift boxes with a note card — say what the card should read and it goes in the box.
- Allergies — always mention them. It changes what I bake and how.
- Collaborations and press — same address.
