Look inside

Thick on the outside. Chewy in the middle. As it should be.

Break one open and you see it right away: a golden, lightly crisp edge around a thick, chewy centre that still looks a touch underbaked — exactly how an NYC-style cookie is supposed to look.

No dry crumb, no dense bite you need milk just to get through. Just a cookie that still tastes warm, even once it isn't.

What's in it, and why

No list of additive codes to look up. This is what's in every Moo's cookie.

  • Chocolate

    Belgian dark chocolate in big chunks, not chips — so you taste an actual piece of chocolate, not sugar shavings.

  • Butter

    Real butter, not margarine. You taste it in both the flavour and the texture.

  • Eggs

    Fresh eggs, added on the day of baking.

  • Vanilla

    Real vanilla, not artificial flavouring.

  • Flour & salt

    Just flour and a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness — the base that lets everything else shine.

Before you order

Baked to order, never off a shelf. Best in the first few days after your box arrives, and they keep well in an airtight container. A quick warm-up (30 seconds in the oven or microwave) brings back that fresh-from-the-oven feel.

€5.95 per order, no matter which box size you pick — even at 24 cookies. Home delivery within 30 km of Heerenveen, the rest of the Netherlands with PostNL.

Yes — tell me which flavours you want and in what quantities when you order, and I'll split the box exactly that way. No preference? I'll put together a mix of the three regulars and, if one is baking that week, the rotating flavour.

Of course. A hand-written note card with your own message goes in the box, and for weddings or birthdays I put together a custom box — email the date, roughly how many people and any allergies. See also gifting.

In an airtight container, at room temperature, out of direct sunlight. That's how they stay as intended for longest: thick and chewy in the middle.
