We bake your cookies fresh to order in small batches. Here's how shipping works.

1. Processing time

Your cookies are baked fresh overnight and shipped the same day, so they arrive as fresh as possible.

2. Shipping method

Home delivery within 30 km of Heerenveen, the rest of the Netherlands with PostNL. If PostNL carries your box, you'll receive a tracking code by email.

3. Delivery time

After shipping, your package is typically delivered within 1–2 business days.

4. Shipping costs

€5.95 per order, regardless of box size. The charge applies per order and not per box, and is also stated in your order confirmation email.

5. Packaging

Your cookies are individually wrapped and shipped in protective packaging to prevent breakage during transport.

6. Damage during transport

Did your box arrive damaged? Contact us within 24 hours of receipt at contact@mooscookies.nl with a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right.

7. Not home for delivery

PostNL will leave a delivery notice with instructions for pickup or a new delivery attempt if you're not home.
