1. No tracking or advertising cookies

This site does not place Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel or any similar tracking or advertising cookies. Nothing about your visit is measured, and nothing is shared with advertisers.

2. Functional storage

The site uses one functional storage item in your browser (localStorage, not a cookie): moo_popup_seen. It only remembers whether you've already seen or closed the welcome popup, so it doesn't keep reappearing. No personal information is stored in it, and nothing about it ever leaves your device.

3. Signups (newsletter, waitlist, Moo's Cookies Club)

When you leave your email address, it is sent server-to-server straight to Brevo (our email platform) — no Brevo tracking script or cookie is loaded in your browser. Your browser knows nothing more than that you signed up; Brevo has no way of knowing you visited the site.

4. No cookie banner needed

Because no tracking or advertising cookies are placed, no consent banner is required at this time. Should that change — for example if analytics, a pixel or an embedded third-party map is added — this page will be updated and a consent banner added.
